“Very poor, as I gained nothing from my call out, other than to give a local garage my business which cost me £50. 2Gether would not allow a mechanic to come back 48 hours later just to start my car. Rubbish service. Well, actually no service!!”

Mr Caunter, Thank you for your comments. We note that your vehicle would not start with the likely cause being a flat battery. Your vehicle was recovered to a garage to effect a repair as per the policy wording. “Guy arrived about an hour fifteen .I had a flat battery.Guy had problems with his connections.He sorted it all out. Great job .Much appreciated!!”

“I bought the breakdown cover off wowcher for £19 img car broke down and I phoned them to take my car to a garage they were very helpful on the phone and said the recovery vielcle would be with me within 90 minutes they were very quick it must of been about 1/2 hour the recovery gentleman was very helpful and friendly when my policy runs out I will be renewing it very good service”

“Very happy with this service indeed. We broke down and the recovery agent was there within the 90 minutes specified in the contract. He was very helpful and friendly and showed genuine concern for how we would like to transport our dog - in our van or in his. He took us to our mechanic and was very friendly and chatty during the one and a half hours or so it took to get us back home. would highly recommend 2Gether. (Simon - self employed landscape gardener)”

“I was daft enough to lose my documents and delete my Emails. All I had was a bank statement with the company name on it, I phoned in and was dealt with promptly and sympathetically, so if you suffer fools gladly that may be good if I am daft enough to have a breakdown. J L Hammond”

“I was picked up and relayed to a garage locally within one hour 30 minutes Which from past experience is faster than many leading well-known companies overall I was very satisfied with the service your company provided to me on this occasion and would not hesitate In recommending you to friends and family”

“rang at 15.12, breakdown arrived at 17.03, so almost the 90mins I was advised.... explained to breakdown guy the problems id been having, he tried to start the car, asked the relevant questions, like have you any fuel & had I put right fuel in (would he ask a guy that)? the car started by more luck that judgement ( I had explained that It was an intermittent problem) he thought it could be the immobiliser chip in the key as the key sign came up on my display..... he wasn't having it that it does that when the key is in the ignition & the drivers door open, but what do I know, i've only owned the car 2&half years. so anyway, the car started, I drove home and now it wont start again & it looks like its going to sit on my driveway gathering dust till someone can actually tell me whats wrong with it.........”

“HI THERE BROKEN DOWN ON THE A38 JUST SOUTH OF THE RIPLEY TURN OFF . PHONED 2 GETHER ARRIVAL WAS AROUND 50 MINS , THEY QUICKLY GOT ME GOING AGAIN . HAVE MARKED THE SERVICE VERY GOOD ( TRUE ) MIKE GREEN”

“As it was my first time breaking down I do not have any experiences to compare it too. Service was good apart from getting to the right department via telephone was a nightmare! A man from a local ish garage turned up about 90 minutes after I had rang- car is safe in a garage and I made it home!”
