I was holding for more than 10 minutes on my first phone call to you , I eventually hung up , already thinking it was a mistake to buy breakdown cover from you , have been with the AA for many years and nothing short of excellent customer service , I hope the breakdown tel number doesn't have you waiting as long ,so far not very good ,only time will tell
