“Phone call was answered quickly and the adviser very helpful. Although a Sunday he arranged for a second call on Monday as I was at my destination campsite. The recovery was arranged and a suitable garage found to carry out the work. The service was all I could have wished for in difficult circumstances.”

“Recovery arrived after about an hour, which was in line with what I expected. Driver was friendly and efficent. It took about 15 minutes to get the approval to take me to my destination (as it was about 40 miles away). Hassle free, I only had to sign my name on a handheld terminal on arrival. A stressful situation was helped by this service, thanks Sean”

“After finding the quote on line i had problems purchasing it so i phoned and found them very very help full in more ways than one and would certainly recommend them to anyone else i would deffingatly use them again.”

“phoned your office at 7:15am concerning breakdown. Was informed would arrive by 8:30am. No one arrived and had no phone call to say running late. Chased up at 8:55am. informed me that would arrive in half an hour. Finally arrived at 9:40am.”

“When I bought the policy you quote 40 call. When I call for breakdown I've been your call will take up to 90 minutes. Waited for engineer to come for 1 hour and 20 minutes and waited for unother 1 hour and 20 minutes for recovery.”

“Booked a recovery truck to deliver my broken car to a garage. It took slightly longer than stayed but to be honest as I wasn't a stranded vehicle I asume I was low priority. The recovery truck driver checked all the details were correct for where he needed to deliver car, did a through walk round of my car noting marks and scratches etc and my car arrived safely at the correct garage. Couldn't fault the service.”
