It was reasonably straightforward to phone through. Recovery arrived within the estimated time. Driver was very polite and explained what was happening - although I would have liked him to show ID and to identify me as the named client particularly as I was alone female driver. I also expected the truck to be branded with the company logo 2together so I was a little confused when the truck wasn't labelled. The driver clearly explained the contracting process though. He was very polite and personable throughout the journey and took time to carefully load and unload my car. A good service overall.

just bought the policy did not used 2gether breakdown cover yet. I found it easy to enrole at a very competitive premium and am well satisfied with the cover. But will see when time comes to call them, and will update my review again.

After researching companies for breakdown cover, I decided to choose 2gether as it had really good reviews and was offering a very competitive price. I have only just taken the policy out so can't comment on the service.

as the policy has not jet started or have i used the service i can not give feedback to it, however i can say it was set up quick and the money was taken from my account

It took me longer time than what I've been told, and the app is very bad, I couldn't sign in to find my policy number. Other than that the driver was very helpful. I appreciate that Thank you

Very efficient from start to finish. Kept informed and recovered within the hour. Mechanic very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

I've only just purchased my breakdown cover I hope the service is as good as the customer service if I need to use it the price was great half that of rac or aa

My call was answered promptly and someone was there to assist in the time that I had been given The service was very efficient and the staff (both the person who took my call and assisted me during the breakdown) were extremely polite and helpful Have renewed with them for another year, value for money and very good service

My expectations were managed really well (exceeded) regarding what I was covered for and how long it would take for assistance to arrive. The technician was great (and very good looking). He got my car started and made the experience of breaking down quite a positive one. Thank you

Very happy with the customer service over the phone from James and also from the recovery driver who was very polite and friendly. However having to wait over two hours for recovery when initially advised within 90 minutes was disappointing.

The engineer who came out to me was much earlier than predicted by the phone operator and he was excellent. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and got me running in 10 minutes. He was exactly what I needed in what was quite a stressful situation for me. Many thanks

At 1st I had a problem on line so phoned. The 1st person I spoke to was not helpful. On the 2nd call a young lady did a lot better. However I still don't know what I am to do if I breakdown. The email I received was unhelpful. Please sort this mess out. Thank you.

Mr Thomas, Thank you for your comments. The email received by yourself contained the policy schedule and wording, which in turn, contain the important numbers required in the event of a breakdown. I was pleased with the gentleman that came and the time he came in. But unfortunately and not happy with the fact that he broke my bonnet catch. I cannot get it open and am now having to pay to get it fixed. Is there some sort of compensation please.
