“Can't fault the service. Easy call yo the emergency number. Mechanic arrived within the time I was advised I would have to wait. He was courteous and efficient. Problem sorted and back on the road. Very pleased. Excellent service!”

“Clear, efficient and so supportive. You were marvellous. Thanks to the young lady on the phone gave me sensible and practical advice for my comfort while I waited, and to the mechanic who did a first class job of changing my flat tyre and then able to direct me to the nearest tyre replacement garage. 10 out of 10!”

“The lady on the phone took down my details. She said that there would be a 90 minute delay (which I suppose is typical these days on the M20). The pick-up truck arrived on time and loaded the car with no hassle. So all in all it all went smoothly. Thank you.”

“Polite phone assistant, speedy service and excellent recovery driver with well maintained (clean and comfortable!) recovery vehicle. Assistant was extremely pleasant and turned journey home which could have been a chore into a recovery akin to being given a lift by a friend. Excellent service!”
