“the response was quick, efficient and very reassuring. As a woman alone stuck on the side of the road in the dark I felt very vulnerable, but your response engineer was kind, polite and very efficient. Top marks to everyone involved in the resolution of my breakdown. Well done!!”

“First time I have needed to use car breakdown insurance so a little apprehensive, but need not have worried. Mechanic arrived within time expected and quickly established problem with car battery - and car was running in matter of minutes. Very impressed with the service!”

“When I rang the woman on the phone was helpful since I wasn't quite sure where I was but she managed to figure it out. The driver who came to help was nice, polite and quick. I was pleased that I was taken to a garage local to where I lived as opposed to a garage near where I broke down, since I broke down far from home.”
