“How can I rate something I've never tried? Having thought I was safe last year with the co-ops five star service, I was really let down. I didn't get the service I paid for, and was left in life threatening circumstances for over six hours by an agent. The co-op then wanted nothing to do with it , which is why I changed to 2gether, hope they are better, should I be forced to use them. Signs so far not too good since despite two phone calls, I have received 21 (yes 21) copies of the PDF of my policy with them, by email, since joining in April . The last 'thank you for joining' arrived today, June26th, which doesn't really say much for their organizational skills!”

“would be helpful to have some documents ie telephone numbers incase of a breakdown. Have had the policy since 01/06/15. still not received documents 4/7/15 poor service After 3 months still no response will not be renewing with this company!!!!”

“Very impressed, spent no time at all in giving the information required, ultra fast quote and a very competitive price. Lets hope I don't have to call on their services, but so far so good. Highly recommended”

“I complained regarding an issue I had with you. I received a letter from you saying you were reviewing my complaint and be in touch within 14 days on my receipt of letter. That was in March. I'm still waiting despite emailing the person named as dealing with my complaint. Absolutely dismal service.”

“not had to use recovery yet , so cannot comment but , i think you should consider a discount on premiums for people who do not call out during the year the premium is in use”

“Fortunately, I have only had to call the breakdown service once but on that occasion they arrived extremely quickly and resolved the problem equally quickly. A very efficient service.”

“Fairly easily to renew from last year but motorhome insurance does not take into account drivers history I.e have experience and therefore expensive for such few miles”

“I have insured my replica sports car with 2gether for a number of years now, there service and attitude has always been first class - plus their quotes are very good! I was unfortunately involved in an accident earlier this year, however 2gether dealt with my claim in a very professional way and in a very quick time scale. Really impressed with them, I would have no hesitation or reservations whatsoever in recommending them.”

“I was sceptical when my son told me about your breakdown service. It just seemed too cheap, but I am in my 2nd year with you & am more than happy. I have only had to call a mechanic once & was amazed how quickly he arrived, especially as my problem was just a flat tyre & my car was outside my home. The mechanic was very friendly & quickly removed the flat tyre . He then offered to repair my tyre which was not badly damaged. No way would the AA or RAC would have been so helpful, I have been a member of both. I was so impressed I have recommended you to my friends.”
