“On the one occasion that I used the service provided by 2Gether motor breakdown Co. The response was quick, efficient and the technician that was sent was able to point out a dangerous defect on my car which I had not noticed. I was greatful for his observation and prevention of a potentially serious accident. Sincere thanks. JS Callister”

“Stuck in a hospital car park with a patient who has just been discharged is not an ideal time to have a breakdown. But 2gether were helpful and assisted with relay and a courtesy car, our car was delivered back to our garage with no problems. Thank you so much.”

“Called 2gether to advise them of change of car. Call answered promptly and I was dealt with very efficiently with no change to my premium and no admin charge. Received updated paperwork by email within a few minutes. Excellent service.”

“Initial price for cover was really good but when 4 months later I changed my 56 reg VW Golf for a 61 reg (virtually identical model) I was charge a whopping 107% of the original fee! The explanation for the charge was "we have no history of the reliability of the new car". The fact that my newer Golf is only just 3 years old and VW Golfs have a pretty good reliability record I find this nothing short of extortion and exploitation.”

“Not used service as yet. Just like to say admin side is a lot to be desired. My wife got a quote. When she hadn't decided, your company contacted her email and offered her a further discount. She took the offer then was told that this was for original quote, which was actually done by me on my email address (different) Not her quote which was a little cheaper anyway. Not impressed. Was told it would be passed on to someone else who would be in touch. After several days nothing heard, so my wife contacted yourselves again.. Still no reply. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICDE I fear.”
