Only 4star because i haven't had to call out any service yet but full marks to the company, for very affordable product and no hassling follow up calls to buy more stuff, no junk emails etc.. please keep it up ????

It was easy to purchase breakdown cover online with 2gether. Also 2gether provides far more options than other insurers with less cost. Pay less for more!!

I have never used this service as my car has never needed it. Please make sure this policy is not renewed as the car is going to sold.

The online purchasing was very quick and easy. I suppose the proof of the pudding will be if I have a break down !

Not used service as yet. Just like to say admin side is a lot to be desired. My wife got a quote. When she hadn't decided, your company contacted her email and offered her a further discount. She took the offer then was told that this was for original quote, which was actually done by me on my email address (different) Not her quote which was a little cheaper anyway. Not impressed. Was told it would be passed on to someone else who would be in touch. After several days nothing heard, so my wife contacted yourselves again.. Still no reply. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICDE I fear.

Not had to call on the breakdown service yet, but really quick to sign up on line and so, so much cheaper than others on the market. In fact one provider quoted me 7 times what 2gether have charged me for exactly the same level of cover!!! Lets hope the recovery is of the same quality, if I ever need it.

I have been very happy with 2Gether's Motor Insurance, so I opted to take out breakdown cover with them. I have been very disappointed with the service. Firstly, on my first call to them, they had no record of my subscription to the service, so I ended up having to rely upon the kindness of a stranger. This was an administrative error on the part of 2Gether. Unusually, I had cause to call again shortly after (having not had a breakdown for several years). On this occasion, the problem was broken fan belts on my vehicle. My case was referred to a third party, who had no idea what to do with me. They eventually dumped me on a Mitsubishi dealership in Bristol (200 miles from home) on a Friday afternoon at the beginning of a bank holiday. The dealership were booked out for repairs and were closing for 4 days. As it happens, they took pity on me and one or two employees went out of their way to find parts from a different local supplier and help me fit them (it's not an easy vehicle to work on). Were it not for their good will, I would have been scrambling around for a hire car on a Friday afternoon to get home to see my family....and then would have had to hire another to return to Bristol on the Wednesday. I will not be taking out the breakdown cover again. I'll go with one of the bigger companies who can actually deliver and who don't have all kinds of caveats and exceptions (eg. it's a £90 charge if you have a flat battery).

Although I have not had to use them yet to make a claim I found there prices the most competitive. My insurance dropped by £300 and there customer service was very good. They were helpful and they matching my previous insurance plus adding more benefits.

Unfortunately broke down 2 weeks after taking out the policy. They refused to come out as the vehicle had been in the garage for some work (unrelated to the breakdown) the day before. It took over an hour on the phone to convince them that they should come out. I was also told that the relay service would not take my vehicle to the garage I chose, even though it was closer than taking me to my home. The garage that were sent told me the gear box had gone, but when I got the garage to look at it, a small link had become lose in the gear stick and it took 30 seconds to fix. I immediately joined a different breakdown service and recommend you do the same.
