“I would not recommend this company. When we phoned about a minor claim (the car would not start), every excuse was offered about why they could not come out and have a look at the car. I guess you get what you pay for - so it is worth forking out a few more pounds and going for a more for a reputable company who will provide a better quality service.”

“My husband needed to use your services and was pleased with the response ; he was able to get moving again within a reasonable timeframe. Whenever we need to renew something like this, we always shop around online for the best deal which suits our need whilst providing value for money in an even increasingly competitive market. We will certainly consider using your service again and would recommend you to others.”

“The 2 gentlemen I spoke to at the call centre were excellent & kept me informed as much as they could. The gentleman who came out to the call out was excellent too, friendly & helpful. The reason I have just gave a normal marking & not very good is the time it took from the initial telephone call to the time the actual breakdown rescue truck arrived which was 2 hours in total. The fact that I was told I had to stay with the car as if the rescue truck turned up & no one was there I would be charged for the call out. Since I had my 6 year old son with me & had to keep him occupied all that time, where I could have gone back into the restaurant of the car park I was stuck in would have been better. I cannot see why I could not be given a call when the breakdown rescue truck was 5 - 10 minutes away.”

“I have not made any claims so can't comment about that side of it but overall my experience of buying the insurance was very good and I was pleased with the price. So much so that I bought the same insurance for my daughter.”

“On the one occasion that I used the service provided by 2Gether motor breakdown Co. The response was quick, efficient and the technician that was sent was able to point out a dangerous defect on my car which I had not noticed. I was greatful for his observation and prevention of a potentially serious accident. Sincere thanks. JS Callister”

“Stuck in a hospital car park with a patient who has just been discharged is not an ideal time to have a breakdown. But 2gether were helpful and assisted with relay and a courtesy car, our car was delivered back to our garage with no problems. Thank you so much.”
