“Chap arrived within the given time slot, was friendly and gave good advice and put on the spare tyre quickly and efficiently and left everything back in its place ready for a trip to a tyre specialist the next day.”

“2gether breakdown cover isnt worth the paper its written on! I phoned up in May 2015 with a reverse gear problem and was told by advisor on the phone that..and i quote.." the guys arnt proper mechanics so are only able to tow you to the nearest garage" so i said dont bother! The problem turned out to be a broken reverse gear which after getting back to Cornwall from Berkshire ( 280 miles) resulted in needing a new gearbox...so im afraid 2gether breakdown service is rubbish and what i want to know is CAN I GET A REFUND FOR PAYING FOR THIS RUBBISH??”

“I bought my policy online at Comparethemarket and wasn't sure what happened about documents. I phoned the 2gether office and a member of staff answered my questions. I think what happens about confirmation of acceptance could be made more clear. However, the cover provided by the company is excellent at a very reasonable price.”

“Brought online then had to phone the company to find out where my card or policy details were only to be told you don't get anything here's the number you ring and this is your policy number, I can't imagine that I'm going to get a great service at the road side, let's just hope I don't need to call them”

“Product chosen on price comparison. Services offered similar to competitors but much more affordable. Have not used the service yet as needed 48hrs before policy began so although I needed to use the service paid up front and in full I was not benefiting in any way. I feel that instant cover would be a huge competitive advantage over the competition.”

“I have not needed your services as yet, but purchasing my policy went smoothly, all paperwork arrived as promised. I liked your face book page and was targeted by an internet "Troll" who was clearly disgruntled over some element of your service. But I asked him to leave my posts alone as did you and that resolved that little issue.”
