“It takes a long time for calls to be answered when you have to call for any reason, this can be distressing in an emergency. I have also been in a situation when i did get through when I broke down and was on hold then the phone cut off. If this continues I will not renew again.”

“Excellent service! After getting my car started, the mechanic drove behind me to the nearest store to get a new battery as I was worried I'd break down again! Very pleased!”

“Great service, knowledgable and courteous, but on two occasions it look 30 and 35 minutes to be answered on the telephone. Would suggest, in line with some companies, how many in the queue is one, and some companies give an approximately how long.”
