“It came to my renewal and the price went up but I rang you to say I could get it cheaper but wanted to stay with you and you bought the price within about £ 2 pounds so I took it out for another year .”

“Of course my car has not broken down so I cannot speak of response to a breakdown I can however say that I made my decision not on price but on what was on offer, one part was excess protection on my car insurance. I was also very pleased with the way it was dealt with on line. No hassle no problem.”
