“I was satisfied with the order and prompt delivery of my order. My observation on the order I placed is that I didn't know when the order will be delivered to me via the online platform. I later call the office and I was informed. I think customers buying online should have an idea of when order placed will be delivered. Above all, I had a great experience in my recent purchase. Thank you. ***”

“Good day. The only room for improvement is the cost of delivery which I feel is high. Due to an error that is entirely my fault I ordered the wrong colour lamp. I called into your *** office today to see if these could be exchanged. This is being done but I will have to pay again and get a refund from your web department. seems a bit longwinded. Regards ***”

“Great service, polite and professional. I only offer 4 stars as I followed advice on securing an item by ordering online. This meant having to pay a delivery fee even though I was going to collect over the counter. Not a big deal but would be great if there was an option to secure an item for a period of time at no additional cost.”

“The product and speed was good, the packaging was not. The box item was placed in another box without any buffer filling to prevent damage. The items box was damaged.”

“Great product at the best price I could find, my only complaint is with DPD who said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't and then the next day they left parcel without ringing the doorbell.....Maybe they need doorbell training”

“Items arrived promptly. Snag with courier who did not bother to check if neighbours would take parcel in. Box of two tubes I would think does not n eed special treatment. Not the fault of the vendor. Tubes not tested yet but should be fine.”
