“Before I nought this rope light,I rang them to ask a few questions and also if it wad led which I was assured it was. When the rope light arrived.,upon checking it I found it was not Led it was normal tungsten rope light. I emailed them but they denied anyone there could recall speaking to me about it. They never fave me any options to return it.”
