Product arrived on time, no problem but BIG BUT, the return and refund policy disappointing as returns on customers plus 20% handling charges applies. I can purchase same thing from others without any cost if change of mind. V. Disappointed

Box was delivered to someone completely different to the address luckily the person in question opened the box and my invoice was inside. A half hour journey and a lot of thanks later to collect my items

A radio-signal switch was delivered promptly, but it was the wrong item. Someone senior answered my email and said he would deal with it immediately. A driver turned up mid-morning the next day to collect the wrong item, but said he had no instructions for the correct delivery. The electricians were finishing the job that afternoon, so I emailed to stress, again, the urgency. The correct part arrived in the evening. The job was unfinished and the electricians had to come back two or three days later, at significant further expense. It appears that Edwardes Bros pass the goods over to an external delivery company but do nothing to track progress - even if they've made a mistake and know that this needs to be corrected urgently.

I had expected you to sort the problem as a retailer. I am still awaiting a response from the manufacturer as you asked m to contact them. Still, the extractor fan problem is not resolved. have sent to them details and docs requested by them

Price went up before I ordered by 10% then went back down after I ordered. Potential for customer thinking I conned them as they chose the product. How do I explain this to them?

Ordered 3 time lag 20 minutes, and they work OK for 1 or 2 minutes but as soon as you turn the control to extend the time, they stay on all the time, they are useless, and company. Very disappointed and with company responce

I haven’t received my order. I knew there would be a delay, but I ordered it on the 8th May, more than a month ago.

I ordered 20 bulbs in March and received 17 and email saying the remaining 3 would be coming. I phoned up about this 3 weeks ago to be told that these bulbs had been on back order since Nov last year and my 3 bulbs would be another 6wks. Then said I can take from another order or check stock at other branches and come back to you! That was 3 was ago no contact and still no bulbs but all the time got my money so I can't go elsewhere. Not happy 😒
