“Perfectly good service but perhaps they should consider modifying their delivery criteria. A box of 5 LED GU10 light bulbs shouldn't really need a physical signature in this day and age. The courier company was forced to return 3 times due to unfortunate timings.”

“Efficient, and conscientious. Bought and paid for online, the Expelair extraction fan GX6EC 6-inch (071262) window/wall was a perfect replacement for our old one which served us more than 15 years and was still going, except that the actuator was discontinued so we bought a new one. the new article was fitted by a professional Electrician, but alas, last minute we discovered that the front part (the white piece) was bulgy on both sides and therefore couldn't fit securely into the two side vertical holes where it should be fitted securely. we didn't have this problem with our old extraction fan and I am inclined to think that either the lid is faulty or it belonged to another model. Either way, I look forward to hearing from you and I thank you in anticipation With Kind Regards and Best wishes.”

“Was able to speak to staff on phone in person wuickly which is great. Product [fire alarm unit] was not available without the unwanted cieling mount. Manufacturers are fools! Product atlrrived quickly and works.”

“Good communications, however website gave impression everything was in stock,which wasn't the case, it was fortunate we didn't require the parts ungently. Having said that they did try and get parts as quick as possible and communications regarding outstanding issues was good”
