“The Edwardes team, were quick to dispatch within 24 hrs, however upon release to the delivery agency, DPD, I was advised of two different delivery times on the following day, but when both times had passed and I had not received the purchases, I phoned the local DPD depot at 20:00 to find the items had been returned to the local depot as the van had broken down. These things happen, but would it not have been courteous for then to let me know either by e-mail/ phone so that I didn't waste my day waiting around unnecessarily for a delivery that was not going to happen.”

“The overall service is very good. I did find the website a little difficult to manoeuvre around, however. Finding particular items using words contained within their descriptions produced "no results found", which was a little frustrating. Setting up an account was difficult, too. It is done in two phases - the second of which seems to require a password not entered in the first ! However, the overall service is very good. The products are top quality and delivery to distance is quick and efficient. Will definitely use Edwardes again and recommend them.”

“Nothing wrong with the ordering and dispatch by Edwardes but DPD felt the need to split the order onto two vehicles I don't know. Everything arrived in the end though”

“Card to notify parcel had been left in a safe place was not put through tge door properly Was away for the weekend and on return card was noticeable on letterbox letting any passers by able to remove it and then collect it and at worst realise no one was home”

“Price and availability were key factors in buying from you as apposed to from other suppliers. The ordering went well and it was on its way quickly. I even managed to divert the courier to deliver to an alternate address whilst it was in transit so all very happy with that. Only near problem was that the cardboard box used, was bursting open at point the of delivery and so I would suggest that ensuring that packaging is up to the transit would be something to look at.”

“delivery of items the web site allows for delivery comments these was not follow or read it seams resulting in failed delivery, but the customer service was excellant ,good communication once delivery failed to end , which for me pulled it back well done guys”

“As previous review last week:- I found Edwardes fantastic on price for the specific items I wanted. Far cheaper than the competition for the same like for like product. Delivery second to none- low threshold for free delivery and had my products within 24 hours of order. Would have 5 stars but for two things:- 1) site kept crashing when I searched. Only way I could get different items onto my order was to leave the site, Google my product and go into the shopping result for Edwardes. I could then add this item, search in Edwardes, page crash, back to Google . Perhaps problem as on mobile device. 2) PayPal facility would be excellent. Love sites that ease your payment experience, hate having to fanny about searching for cards. However it means prices increase then don't bother doing it! Definitely recommend”
