“The product and speed was good, the packaging was not. The box item was placed in another box without any buffer filling to prevent damage. The items box was damaged.”

“Great product at the best price I could find, my only complaint is with DPD who said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't and then the next day they left parcel without ringing the doorbell.....Maybe they need doorbell training”

“Items arrived promptly. Snag with courier who did not bother to check if neighbours would take parcel in. Box of two tubes I would think does not n eed special treatment. Not the fault of the vendor. Tubes not tested yet but should be fine.”

“Order and delivery very efficient indeed, the switching from looking at the item ordered and then going back to look for other components was irritating as we were looking only for the same type of component just different current. We are used to higher discount levels but still reasonable costs. Overall very pleased and would use again on other products. Would recommend to others.”

“Excellent order turn round and dispatch, spoiled by DPD's 24 hour service being delayed to 48 hours. Not Edwardes' fault but they need to know that the service they paid for was not delivered.”
