“I had to phone as the web page was showing a discontinued item, hence a 4. The assistant who answered took over my order to ensure I got the correct replacement.”

“The service speed was excellent, however the order for 5 metres of cable was received as a piece just under 4 metres long. Fortunately I ordered a little spare so in this case it did not matter. I found the 2 core cable extremely difficult to remove the outer sheath at the ends since it was adhering to the conductor insulation. It was the most difficult I have encountered.”

“Nothing wrong with the ordering and dispatch by Edwardes but DPD felt the need to split the order onto two vehicles I don't know. Everything arrived in the end though”

“Card to notify parcel had been left in a safe place was not put through tge door properly Was away for the weekend and on return card was noticeable on letterbox letting any passers by able to remove it and then collect it and at worst realise no one was home”

“delivery of items the web site allows for delivery comments these was not follow or read it seams resulting in failed delivery, but the customer service was excellant ,good communication once delivery failed to end , which for me pulled it back well done guys”
