“Order was complete and arrived on the day promised. I was told a text would be sent with a delivery slot but this didn't happen. Luckily I was in to receive it.”

“Excellent order turn round and dispatch, spoiled by DPD's 24 hour service being delayed to 48 hours. Not Edwardes' fault but they need to know that the service they paid for was not delivered.”

“I put through my order on a Sunday, but didn't seem to be able to add an extra item to the order later that day? Otherwise the service was excellent and the tracking email sent by you was spot on. Many thanks”

“Easy to order, competitive pricing. Delivery was a bit off; a one hour slot given but is was actually delivered the next day. I suspect that was due to snow causing travel disruption, so I am not complaining.”
