“Great service from this company, competitive prices , fast delivery and free if you spend over £50+ VAT. My only gripe is that the postal charges can sometimes be high, an example would be that I recently missed an item from my main order. The item cost £11.70 and could’ve been sent tracked for under £3 but Edwardes charge was £8.34 for the postage - this is really frustrating.”

“I was looking for a particualer type of MK mains plug. It was easy to find on the Edwardes website, price was competitive. Goods arrived promptly in good condition exactly as described.”

“All good with delivery on time etc. however you used my redundant company name which had ceased trading over 5 years ago, and I specifically asked this name to be removed when I made the puchase. Cannot make a review on the switches as the job is scheduled this coming November.”

“Aways good products from Edwardes, sorry to give 4 stars as a result of them using DHL, due to the weight the order was split between 3 parcels, all 3 of my parcels came on a different day, and one was even missing for awhile. Edwardes were brillant in chasing the deliveries, DHL's attiriude less so.”

“Perfectly good service but perhaps they should consider modifying their delivery criteria. A box of 5 LED GU10 light bulbs shouldn't really need a physical signature in this day and age. The courier company was forced to return 3 times due to unfortunate timings.”
