“We ordered around 30 of these lights , only one dud. A good product, but needs an easy returns policy if all is not correct”

“Was able to speak to staff on phone in person wuickly which is great. Product [fire alarm unit] was not available without the unwanted cieling mount. Manufacturers are fools! Product atlrrived quickly and works.”

“Good communications, however website gave impression everything was in stock,which wasn't the case, it was fortunate we didn't require the parts ungently. Having said that they did try and get parts as quick as possible and communications regarding outstanding issues was good”
