“I have only just discovered this company. Prices are better than my usual sources. Ordered a Fluke Multimeter FLU113 - it arrived quickly but was larger and heavier than I expected. I followed their process for return which was straightforward, no quibbles and money returned no problem, (I paid return postage as it was my misorder). Followed up with a second order for a Fluke Multimeter FLU107 - smaller, lighter and again arrived quickly. What's not to like :)”

“It was extremely easy to navigate and find the item I required, especially as the app/website/system remembered my previous purchase, which was around 12 months ago. The item was brand new unopened and contained inside it's original packaging. It arrived quickly and within the estimated delivery date, and was well packaged and protected. I would highly recommend Edwardes Bros for the supply of electrical equipment and accessories, and would have absolutely no hesitation in using their first class professional services again in the future. Thank you.”

“First class service. I recently purchased a number of ceiling lights. A number of them failed. Upon contacting them they sent me new lights the following day. And a return label for the old ones Exceptional customer service. Would have no qualms in recommending them.”

“I've purchased items in person at their London branch as well as online. The service is efficient and straight forward. An item I ordered online for pick up was actually out of stock and they phoned as well as emailed me straight away to make sure I didn't make an unnecessary trip, as well as updated me on when the item would be back in stock. The staff is always helpful and friendly.”
