“The Product is great and I will be ordering again. However the customer service is a bit slow in responding to inquiries. But overall satisfying.”

“I ordered on the 26th of July, it was a £30 order which I have still not received (written on the 16th of august). I was told in the email it would be 1-5 working days. I have since tried to contact the company 3 times to ask for an update and have received no reply. The only contact I’ve had was the email that asked me for this review… so I would NOT recommend.”

“Placed an order on 28th July and it's now 16th August and still no delivery. No response to my emails. Will never be using again and will certainly not be recommending E-Liquids UK to anyone. Really disappointed customer”

“Promised that most orders would arrive between 1-3 days and that 90%+ arrive after 1 day however it has been at least 5 days and I have only just got a notification saying its shipped and may take another 5 days. For £5 shipping this is worse than every other site ive used.”

“Would rate 0 stars if I could. Still haven’t received my order which I purchased for next day delivery over a week ago! I’ve rang and rang emailed and emailed and still nothing back!! I’m really un happy about this. I can’t just be forking out nearly £40 for no reason Willy nilly it’s just ridiculous!”
