“I placed an order for £53:99 on 14/08/23 and was told it it would be picked and shipped that day. Now 24/08/23 still not received it!! E mailed the support line but still no explanation or goods!”

“I am unable to write a review of the product even though I have been sent a request to write one. The products have not arrived. I was told it was shipped on 11/08/2023 and asked to wait 1-5 working days for it to be delivered, it is now 22/08/23 and it has not arrived. Therefore I am only able to give a poor rating as I have nothing to rate except the debit from my bank account.”

“I put an order in and paid on the 7th august. In the 11th august I was told that the order had been picked and posted. It's the 19th august now and still no delivery. Poor communication and that's 41.00 pound down the drain.”
