“Ordered my liquids on the 26th August. Today is the 5h September and still don't have them. Sent a query 5 days ago, got a generic response saying someone would be in touch and still nothing!!”

“After placing my order I received confirmation my order was being sent out on the 14th August. It had not arrived by the 24th August. Many emails sent but no reply. Phone never answered. I finally got hold of someone on Google messages who informed me they would resend the order. That was on the 26th of August and now been over a week and still the second package has not arrived. I've tried to contact again, but not being answered.”
