“Ordered goods no goods received. Sent email and no response. Sent online support query and again no response. Rang telephone number and no reply. Think this is a scam company - DO NOT USE!!!”

“Ordered the 10 for £30 nic salts e-liquid. It was my first time purchasing on this website and was greatly disappointed. I have waited nearly 2 weeks and have not received my order. I have emailed multiple times and received no helpful information or refund. I will be taking the issue up with my bank to force a refund. Absolutely do not buy!!!”

“Was sent email on the 14th to say my order was out for delivery, emailed on the 20th to say it had not yet been received. No reply. Emailed again on the 23rd. No reply. Sill waiting but have been sent am email for a review. Would be greatful to hear back from you guys please, as I still have not received my delivery Thank you”
