“Placed an order on 29/08 and got an email back on the same day saying that the order had been shipped. At checkout I selected and paid for tracked 48 hour delivery via Royal Mail and the order confirmation email says it was tracked 48 hour delivery. However, the shipping confirmation email stated that it was 1-5 days untracked delivery via UPS. On 8/9 I submitted a ticket through the website https://www.e-liquids.uk/ to which there has still been no reply as of today 17/09 despite a follow-up being sent with screenshot evidence of the shipping method mix-up. Tried to call both numbers associated with the business today when I realised I wasn't going to get a response to the ticket. One just said "The number you have dialled has not been recognised" and the other was a robot voice that clearly had nothing to do with E-Liquids UK it just asked for a party number. Spent an hour today looking into this company and the person behind it, the director (Antony James Bentinck) has directed multiple companies that all went under, even the parent company of E-Liquids.uk "NOT BLOWING SMOKE LTD" with the company number "10400046" which is registered at the same address as E-liquids UK currently has a compulsory strike off proposed due to the fact the accounts from last year are overdue. Even called some businesses that operate on the same street and this one and all of them told me the business was struggling for a long time and they think Antony has shut the place down permanently. That sure as hell didn't stop him taking my money, sending a fake order shipping email then ghosting me though.”

“I managed to get a discontinued Double Barrel V3 mod from this company, I phoned around every vape shop with no luck but these guys had 1 left in a display case. The mod is brand new and I even got a 20% discount. It's arrived this morning and I couldn't be happier. Thanks!”

“Ordered some cotton and 4x juices. Only the juices turned up. Sent a message and got an automated reply. Chased up a week later. No reply, no replacement, no refund. Now it seems the phone line doesn't work, the Facebook page doesn't work and the online chat to follow up doesn't work. Very bad customer service.”

“I had ordered four liquids. Only two arrived. They were packaged in a envelope that would only hold two bottles, so whoever packed them clearly knew they were not fulfilling the entire order. I've tried calling but their number doesn't work and their ticket system is down also. Hopefully an email will get this resolved but I would pick another company to get your liquids from.”
