Placed order, got a call next day to say they didnt have the product in stock and would refund me been over a week now and still no refund, tried calling just rings, tried emailing, no response, tried send message on site which says please allow 48 hours and no response to that either Next thing is to request refund through my CC company and report them to the police for fraud

Have not received my order as yet and am unable to contact company. Keep getting message saying session has expired when trying to log a ticket. Payment has been taken and I am extremely unhappy with this service. Would loke to either acrually get to speak to someone or receive a full refund

Order never turned up and can't contact anyone tried emailing loads of times and nothing back. Looking at the reviews this as happening a lot I would not recommend

No one has replied to my emails - I have now sent three! My order placed 5th April has not arrived. You state you are ''fanatical about customer service'' on your website but that really doesn't seem the case. I certianly wont be ordering again which is a shame as I hoped I had found a new supplier for my vape products.

DO NOT USE!!! I ordered £50 of liquid and it’s all out of date (2021/2022 and 2023). Sent several emails and had no reply plus the phone number is no longer in use!!! ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE***

I placed an order that was delayed and I waited several days for it to be delivered. At the same time, I also had the wrong item when I opened the package. I will never order through you again!!!

It was a terrible experience. I ordered some E-liquids on March 15, 2024 and they didn't arrive after a few weeks. I contacted them many times, but I was able to contact them after two weeks. According to the communication, they claimed that my cargo had been shipped, but there was no tracking number. In the end, the official shipping was confirmed about a month after the order was placed. Their company must have a policy of not valuing customer service at all.

I have not received my item. It was said to be tracked on yodel but they have not.haf any tracking information at all. The E-liquid company is ignore all my emails and replies in regards to this. On the tracking on the website it is saying order completed but it clearly.is not as yodel have not delivered it and I have not received my order!

HI Jiaqi, We received your emails but you don’t seem to have read our replies. We received your China ID Number on Sunday and we don’t dispatch orders over the weekend. Rest assured your order is being prepared for immediate dispatch and we will follow up with you when the tracking number is generated. 1 Star reviews really hurt small businesses like ours, we appreciate your eagerness to haver your order dispatched but we didn’t hear back from you regarding your ID for a fair few days :) Kind regards, Antony.

Ordered on the 31st of march payed for express shipping it's now the 8th of April and I'm still waiting tracking number don't work and I've emailed twice and no response.. where is my order or my money ???

Absolute joke!! Ordered 4 10ml bottles on 22nd of march and paid for 1-2 days delivery. Still have not arrived yet and its the 6th of april,every time i try and get in touch with them it just says “page timed out”. Spend your money else where guys!

Terrible service! I ordered some E-Liquids on 15th Mar 2024, but the shop without any contact. They sent shipping e-mail 31 Mar 2024, although there was no tracking number. Eventually my E-Liquids have not been arrived yet.
