“I ordered on the 13th July and I never received it, I’ve emailed twice and also tried to ring customer support and no answer. I even contacted the delivery company and got nowhere either, it’s been a month still no delivery, no contact from customer support and no refund. I will not be ordering again.”

“Can't fault E-LIquids. DHL on the other hand had my parcel for over a week and each day apparently the driver was unable to gain access to the property. GO BACK TO USING ROYAL MAIL PLEASE!!!!!”

“I’ve been using this company for years, and have always been super impressed even when there have been issues with my order. However, my most recent purchase however was really terrible. Incredibly late and very poor communication and customer service. I hope that was just a one off and not a sign of change of ownership or something.”

“I ordered my liquids with next day dispatch for them to not come for 3 weeks. I rang them multiple times while also emailing them and no one got back to me once. Poor service and will never be ordering from this place again. Stay away!”
