“I have ordered on multiple occasions and had no issues until recently. I placed an order for next day delivery and still haven’t received it over 3 weeks later. I’ve emailed, called and use live chat and being ignored. Very poor customer service.”

“DO NOT order from this company. I made an order on 7th July and it hasn't been sent to the courier and they haven't replied to my 6 emails to get my parcel or refund sorted. Absolute bogus and I will be taking it further.”

“It’s been a 3 weeks now and I don’t get my package!! They don’t even give it to the dhl and don’t answer to my emails about what is happening!! No contact with the company at all!!! Nightmare!! I don’t recommend this website! Just take your money and never see the things you pay for!!!!!”

“Company is a scam and a joke!!!! You will not receive your items despite a DHL email, it will be delayed and you will never get your paid items. They do not answer the phone or emails regarding purchases made, so you may as well just burn your money! Absolutely disgusted!!”

“I purchased £30 worth of products on Thursday. DHL said it arrived with them on Friday. Should have been delivered on Monday which was delayed. And not DHL are saying no parcel received! Where is my parcel?! I have contacted on different social media platforms and emailed but nothing back!”

“I placed an order 12 days ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried calling you and sent 2 emails, also opened a query with DHL, but heard nothing ! I have had to order from another company and received my order with 48 hours. I’m writing this review in the hope that someone will respond, either by investigating where my order is or by refunding my money ????? Whatever the outcome I won’t be ordering from you again, shocking customer service”

“I'm assuming this company is a scam and all the good reviews are people they know. Been waiting over 2 weeks for next day delivery and still not recieved anything yet there was no delay on the money leaving my bank account. Made several attempts to contact but had no luck. I would not recommend this company as you will just get robbed.”
