“I made a order and there not contacting me back after many attempts and won’t let me track it”

“Ordered a Mipod pro on the 30th of June. It's now the 16th July, still not received it. Tried phoning,emailed and even there own help page. Not a word from them. Stay away from them, they'll just take your money and you won't see anything for it. Loads of other on line shops out there more than happy to help you out. STEER CLEAR shop elsewhere.”

“Ordered two 10 packs of 88 Vape 18MG max VG nicotine shots but received a different brand in the same specification in a nice box from the manufacturer of the nicotine shots. I have emailed the company with questions but haven't had a single reply. The order was a day late shipping out but did arrive on time.”

“When you order, and they fulfil the order, they're great (hence 1 star). But if the order goes wrong and they ship you the wrong goods entirely? Worst customer service ever. Their contact form doesn't work. They don't respond to emails. They don't answer their phone. "WE'RE FANATICAL ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT" their website says, just above the broken contact form. So, I'm left without what I ordered, and goods I not only don't want, but cannot use. Buy your e-liquid elsewhere. I certainly will.”

“Have had a couple of orders which I was very happy with. This time I have been sent the wrong product. I have messaged twice in the last week but had no response. So I’m stuck with vape juice I can’t use. Customer service could be vastly improved. I can’t use the phone so would be please answer your emails.”
