“Absolutely terrible. I ordered over 2 weeks ago, have tried to reach out via multiple formats as I haven’t received my parcel and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. All I want is a refund!”

“Never received my order You haven’t replied to any of my emails or answered any calls when I have tried to ring £40 wasted And reading other people’s reviews this isn’t the first time this company has taken peoples money and not sent products Absolutely disgusting total scam Stay clear!!!!”

“I'm assuming this company is a scam and all the good reviews are people they know. Been waiting over 2 weeks for next day delivery and still not recieved anything yet there was no delay on the money leaving my bank account. Made several attempts to contact but had no luck. I would not recommend this company as you will just get robbed.”

“I ordered 10 working days ago and it still haven’t reached the depot! Their website says it should be delivered in 1 to 2 days but that feels like a complete lie! I have tried contacting them 10 times throughout the day and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone. I feel like I have been stolen from!”

“I have been trying to contact regarding my order which I placed 2 weeks ago & I still haven’t received it even though it states next working day delivery. I even paid an extra £5.99 for delivery. I have emailed, tried to call, requested a a chat through their support chat…. Nothing. DHL haven’t received my order but have an order reference. Still waiting for someone to contact me. This is the second time this has happened the bad thing is I’ve been using them for over a year.”

“ended up buying from elsewhere bought on the 3rd July paid £5.99 for next day delivery with DHL Wednesday 5th I got in touch with DHL customer service and they told me they hadn't received it at the depot. I've been emailing since Tuesday 4th when item never arrived. I've sent Facebook messages and Instagram messages all to no avail I've been ringing and an answer machine kicks in saying I've got to mail”

“Ordered Liquids on the 25th of June and now it’s the 4th of July and I’m still waiting for the items to arrive! Tried emailing them multiple time to no avail, i’ve also phoned multiple times and never got through. Absolute scam! Avoid at all cost.”
