I placed an order on the 23rd July. It was marked as dispatched on the 24th July but never turned up. I have been sending daily emails to chase up this missing order since the 28th July. Not a single email has been replied to. I have tried to phone multiple times, but nobody ever answers the phone. The online support option clears your message after about 5 minutes and nobody ever replies to you. I left a negative review on FB, and someone replied to that saying that they would investigate and get back to me within the hour. Nobody has gotten back to me. This company used to be reputable and trustworthy, sadly, this is no longer the case. Very disappointed. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow if this is not resolved to report this company as a fraudulent company.
