“The service is good and reliable, what I didn't like is the way they "trick you" to buy. They publish a $28.99 price but that's just to get you since it's an eligibility check, so after you pay the $28.99 and realice you paid for an eligibility check now you have to pay another $50 for the actual unlock, and of course you don't want to lose the first money you paid so you end up doing it. Other than that the service is great, easy to monitor and follow the progress of your unlock, everything was ready in just a couple of days.”

“Hola, hice uso del servicio de México para desbloquear un teléfono que solo servia para AT&T y lo necesitaba para Telcel, fue muy útil. A pesar de que la tarifa final me pareció cara, valió la pena. En mi caso, tuve que esperar los 4 días que indicaban y no mostraba un progreso, así que me comunique con ellos para saber que pasaba y fueron muy amables en su atención al cliente, me comentaron que incluso si no se veía avance estaban trabajando en ello, y al final así fue. Me llego la notificación cuando estuvo terminado, seguí las instrucciones y funciono. En general muy buen servicio, solo tomen en cuenta que la tarifa inicial que cobran es solo por revisar si pueden o no desbloquearlo, si lo logran te cobraran otra tarifa por hacerlo, y si avisan, pero en mi caso el correo se fue a spam así que me enteré ya muy tarde, igualmente lo pague y decidí arriesgarme. Funciono así que estoy aliviada! Mi IMEI para referencia fue 35723170850****”

“I bought a phone I was told it was unlocked to any service and I tried to activate a sim and it wouldn't work I then found out it was locked to Vodafone and so I got a sim it worked for 1 day I didn't no what happened so I called Vodafone they told me the phone has been reported stolen I said no I bought it how can that be they told me the owner did it and there was nothing I could do as Vodafone block the imei so now I had a phone that was a brick couldn't use it after spending 1200. I google how to unlock imei numbers and saw Direct unlocks and though I had nothing to lose ill try them and thank god direct unlock my imei and I could use any sim as well ... THANK YOU SO MUCH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ...”
