Your service is flawed you took my money all it did was buffer for a couple of hours and said that it could take up to 7 days to unlock. I went to Xfinity and they fixed the problem your service did not work.

Hi — I’m sorry this was frustrating. I can see your order (placed Oct 25, 2025) shows Unlock Complete and your codes: NCK = 9207031860924964 MCK = 5758042053151839. Quick steps to finish the unlock: - Insert a non‑AT&T (incompatible) SIM and power on the phone. - When prompted for a network unlock code, enter the NCK. - If it later asks for SPCK/MCK, enter the MCK. (As our T&Cs state: "8.1 ... Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions.") If your phone didn’t prompt for a code, try a different incompatible SIM — "7.4 An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." If it still doesn’t prompt, the device may need a Remote USB unlock instead. If you’d like, reply here and I’ll walk you through the prompts step‑by‑step so we can get this sorted quickly.

No cumplen, no desbloquearon mi iPhone y como a ellos les salió completado, nisiquiera me devuelven mi dinero. Son unos estafadores que no cumplen . No hagan nada con estas personas te quitan el dinero aparte duran más de lo normal y dicen que te desbloquearon y no hacen nada

Scam site. Very deceptive tactics to get first payment then ask for another fifty. Send you verification it is unlocked but phone says sim locked. No refund. Had to dispute fraud with bank. Got refund. Owners name is Jody sanders. Very scammy websites he has. All of them. If there is no customer support most times it’s a scam. Update was told immediately after uploading this review that I would be reimbursed if I changed my review. So I’ve done so. Im sure I won’t get the refund. My bank already covered it for yall. Thanks!

Direct unlock doesn’t disclose all fees up front. I thought it was $38, then after 5 minutes of checking they said everything was fine and asked for $50. Felt like a scam and I lost trust. Further, they said everything was ok on the account and they could unlock it. In fact ATT said they couldn’t unlock the account. There was something odd about if. So I suggest you beware when using this service.

J'ai payé 77,99$ pour le déverrouillage de mon Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra mais ce n'est jamais fait et on m'a remboursé par note de crédit pas sur m'a carte bancaire. J'ai essayé de leur dire pour qu'ils le créditent sur ma carte mais ils ont refusé. Et après ça vous voulez me pousser à mentir sur les commentaires pour 10$.

It didn’t go as quick as it was advertised (took me around 20-30min) and I had to turn off and on my phone There is some hidden fees that are not disclosed before the diagnosis Eventually after I am not sure it worked as I still cannot install/use the eSIM I bought on my eSIM compatible iPhone Disappointed

I paid the $80 to unlock my iPad that was T-Mobile locked, they sent me a confirmation that it was unlocked, but according to Verizon and my iPad, it is still locked by T-Mobile. I tried to contact their live support where they messaged me once and never replied again. I have messaged them numerous times over a 3 day period and no more responses yet. Definitely feeling like this is a scam.

they didn’t unlocked my iPhone all. false advertisement also they never mentioned an extra $50 fee to completely unlock …. Also this company sent me a email so I can get a refund but I asked for it they can’t find my email or that I paid I have receipts and email they charged me and now they can’t find it scam . I really would like a refund my iPhone I can’t use my SIM card

The process took over a week, but the unlock was successful. Extremely happy with the outcome and the information along the way. Minus one star for how hidden away the fact the first charge is secretly just an Eligibility Check and an additional fee is required for the actual unlock. Minus 3 more stars for how after my unlock they bribed me for a review offering a £10.00 refund. However after leaving a review they did not give me my refund and when I contacted support about the issue they just ghosted me.
