Not happy with this company first of you pay £14.99 thinking thats it .Then they hit you will another £30 to unlock so stupidly i did this and took nearly 3 days to get the unlock code but in this time I got the codes for free direct from ee in 5 minutes. I asked for a refund of just the £30 with in 1 hour of making the purchase which they told me I would get if it was before they sent the codes after a few days they have completely ignored me and now wont reply to any of my messages its a scam please don't waste your money

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m really sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused. I can see your order (placed 23 Jan 2026) is marked “Unlock Complete” and your unlock code was delivered: 6949758415792515. As our Terms state, “Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions” (T&C 8.1). Also, our Refund Policy notes that “Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone” and “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.” I can help right away with step‑by‑step instructions to enter the code, or — if your S9 does not prompt for an unlock code when a non-EE SIM is inserted — we can apply a credit note toward a Remote USB unlock. Which would you prefer?

Hi — I’m sorry you’re having trouble. I can see your order (placed Jan 27, 2026) is showing as "Unlock Complete." Please follow the iPhone finishing steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — connect to Wi‑Fi, fully power the phone off and on, then try again. Also check for Activation Lock — "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If you still see a lock message, tell me the exact on‑screen message (or send a photo) and I’ll escalate to our tech team right away. — Charlotte

— Charlotte

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m sorry you’re upset and for any confusion. Your order (placed Dec 27, 2025) shows status: "Unlock Complete". Our records show two payments: $24.99 (Eligibility Check) + $40 (Standard Unlock) — total $64.99 — which will appear on your card as "Direct Unlocks" (Terms: "Your purchase will appear on your card statements as Direct Unlocks."). To finish the iPhone unlock please: connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi, then turn the phone off and on — as per our instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If after doing that your Ethio telecom SIM still doesn’t work, reply and I’ll escalate this to our tech team right away to investigate further. Note: Eligibility checks are non‑refundable: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." I want to help get this working for you — please let me know what happens after the restart.

Scam service for sure. They make you wait a week+ for something that takes a phone call and a couple of minutes. In the time it took for them to do this whole operation I figured out how to do it myself. They charge you a small amount of money and then 4x that amount to actually do the service after.

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m sorry you had a frustrating wait. I can see your order (Dec 1, 2025) is marked “Unlock Complete” and your codes are: NCK = 7179064819590973 MCK = 9475385752915838 Quick steps to finish the unlock: - Power off, insert a non-AT&T SIM, power on. - When the phone prompts for an unlock code enter the NCK above. - If it then asks for a second code, enter the MCK. As a reminder, our instructions say: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" and delivery times are guidelines: "Any timeframes stated are a calculation... and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee." If the codes don’t work after we help you try them, our Refund Policy states: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." If you’d like, reply and I’ll walk you through the code entry step-by-step so we can get this sorted quickly.

Hi — I’m really sorry for the hassle. I can see your order (placed Dec 5, 2025) shows Unlock Complete and your unlock code is 3180303187616651. A few quick points to help: - For non‑iPhones you must insert a non‑Verizon physical SIM and enter the code when prompted: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" - As our terms explain, "An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code, "a Remote USB Unlock at an additional fee will be required. This will be shown in their status." - eSIM profiles can remain carrier‑controlled and may not be affected by a standard code unlock — please try a physical SIM first. You’ve paid for the Remote USB service, so we can complete the USB unlock for you. Reply with a good time to arrange the remote session and I’ll get it booked right away.

Hi — Charlotte here. Sorry you’re frustrated. I can see your order (placed Nov 10, 2025) is marked “Unlock Complete” and your codes were delivered: NCK=6241847258063795 MCK=0509136968062464. Please try this: insert a non‑AT&T SIM, and when prompted enter the NCK first (then MCK if requested). As our Terms state, "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If your phone doesn’t prompt for a code, our Refund Policy notes: "No Unlocking Code Prompt: No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for a code when using an incompatible sim card." Also, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable." I know carriers sometimes unlock for free — we can’t control that — but your unlock is complete on our side. If the codes don’t work, reply here and I’ll escalate to a technician to get this sorted. Thanks, Charlotte.

Hi — I’m sorry this was frustrating. I can see your order (placed Oct 25, 2025) shows Unlock Complete and your codes: NCK = 9207031860924964 MCK = 5758042053151839. Quick steps to finish the unlock: - Insert a non‑AT&T (incompatible) SIM and power on the phone. - When prompted for a network unlock code, enter the NCK. - If it later asks for SPCK/MCK, enter the MCK. (As our T&Cs state: "8.1 ... Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions.") If your phone didn’t prompt for a code, try a different incompatible SIM — "7.4 An Android device is only able to be unlocked via a code if the device asks for an unlock code when an incompatible sim card is placed in the device." If it still doesn’t prompt, the device may need a Remote USB unlock instead. If you’d like, reply here and I’ll walk you through the prompts step‑by‑step so we can get this sorted quickly.

Hi — sorry to hear your iPhone 14 is still showing as SIM locked after payment. I can help. First please try this official step we sent with completion: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — did you do that while the phone was on the non‑original/target SIM? Your order shows as "Unlock Complete" (placed Oct 25, 2025). If that step didn’t work, please reply with: - Your order number (or confirm the email used) - Your IMEI - Which SIM/carrier you’re testing with (T‑Mobile USA?) Note: if the device is iCloud Activation Locked, we cannot make the SIM usable — as our policy states, "Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If that’s the case I’ll explain next steps. Send the details and I’ll re-check and escalate right away. — Charlotte

Scam site. Very deceptive tactics to get first payment then ask for another fifty. Send you verification it is unlocked but phone says sim locked. No refund. Had to dispute fraud with bank. Got refund. Owners name is Jody sanders. Very scammy websites he has. All of them. If there is no customer support most times it’s a scam. Update was told immediately after uploading this review that I would be reimbursed if I changed my review. So I’ve done so. Im sure I won’t get the refund. My bank already covered it for yall. Thanks!

Direct unlock doesn’t disclose all fees up front. I thought it was $38, then after 5 minutes of checking they said everything was fine and asked for $50. Felt like a scam and I lost trust. Further, they said everything was ok on the account and they could unlock it. In fact ATT said they couldn’t unlock the account. There was something odd about if. So I suggest you beware when using this service.

Hi Dane, I’m sorry to hear about your concerns! I understand how important it is to feel secure when making a purchase. To clarify, your payment of $28.99 was for the Standard Unlock, and the checkout page does outline all costs before you confirm your order, including the required eligibility check and any unlocking fees. I see your order status is "Unlock Complete," which means we have successfully processed your unlock request. If AT&T has further information, I recommend reconfirming with them, as we rely on their data for unlocking eligibility. If you have any questions or need help with the next steps, feel free to reach out! We're here for you. Best, Charlotte
