Took way too long y’all with unlock and took a lot of money

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry it ran so long and felt expensive. I can see your order (placed Mar 28, 2026) is marked “Unlock Complete” and your payments are on file. Please try the final iPhone steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If it still shows locked, tell me exactly what message you see (or DM your order number) and I’ll escalate to tech support right away. A quick note: timeframes are guidelines — as our terms say, "service... begins at the point payment has been received" and timeframes are "given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee." I’ll do my best to get you finished fast.

I used this service to unlock my phone, and unfortunately the process was very frustrating and drawn out. Initially, I was charged a small fee (around $25), but after about a week I was asked to pay an additional $68. Then again, another week later, I was told I needed to upgrade to a higher-tier service for an extra $150. This pattern continued, with new charges being requested each week.finally they asked for a premium payment of like $170 In the end, the total amount I paid was essentially the same as what my original carrier would have charged, except the process took nearly a month and involved multiple unexpected payments. Refunds were not offered—only credits to be used on their website, which was disappointing. To be fair, my phone was eventually unlocked, but the overall experience was time-consuming, costly, and lacking transparency. My honest recommendation would be to go directly through your carrier or look for a more straightforward and upfront service.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry this was so frustrating and took so long. Our records show your order (placed Mar 20, 2026) is now “Unlock Complete” and that you made four payments: $24.99 (Eligibility Check), $68 (Standard Unlock), $174 (Premium Service) and $383.99 (Premium Service). A few points from our terms to explain what happened: - Eligibility checks are non‑refundable: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." - Once paid an order starts immediately and can’t be cancelled: "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for." - Premium Services apply to iPhones: "Premium Services are only relevant to iPhones." - Premium payments are refundable only if the Premium attempt fails: "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service." Because your unlock completed, refunds aren’t automatically available under those clauses. To finish, please follow the iPhone instructions if you haven’t already: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" I genuinely want to make this right. I can open an internal billing review to confirm the charges and see if a goodwill credit note can be offered for the poor experience (I can’t promise a refund). You pay a considerable amount just so they tell you what the final cost to unlock your phone will be and if you decide it’s not worthed, well it’s not refundable in real money, just store credit with them… and on top of that when you DO pay that extra amount you are served a surprise- “your phone will actually need a higher tear premium service to unlock” which you guessed it- is even more expensive, so finally a €60ish unlock for 16 pro resulted in €360 and took about 20 days to complete, can really say I am satisfied…

They unlocked claim to have unlocked my iPad 13 pro but it’s been 24 hours and I still can’t add another sim and no one in customer service has got back with me!

It took several weeks to unlock and multiple fees from the original fee. Use this service only if your ok with the amounts changing and them not giving you a complete refund back to your card.

Hi — Charlotte here. Thanks for your feedback and I’m sorry it took several weeks and added extra charges. I can confirm your order (placed 29 Dec 2025) for an iPhone 13 on MetroPCS USA shows status: "Unlock Complete." To finish the iPhone unlock please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" (Terms 8.1). I know the extra fees and delay are frustrating — please note our Terms say timing is a guideline: "Any timeframes stated are a calculation... and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee" (Terms 1.1), and "It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for" (Terms 2.1). Also, per our Refund Policy, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Premium refunds apply only if the Premium service fails: "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service." If your phone still shows locked or you see an "Incompatible SIM" message, please send a short video and I’ll escalate it for investigation. Otherwise, reply here and I’ll walk you through the final steps.

For iPhones the final step is to connect the phone to Wi‑Fi and reboot: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" Once that’s done, insert your T‑Mobile SIM and follow any carrier prompts. Para dispositivos que no sean iPhone, finaliza introduciendo los códigos de desbloqueo proporcionados según las instrucciones del correo electrónico. Introduce el código 2080008747955639. - Sé que pagaste $24.99 (Comprobación de elegibilidad) y $58 (Desbloqueo estándar); ten en cuenta que "Comprobación de elegibilidad: Estas comprobaciones no son reembolsables". Si el código no funciona, responde y un técnico te guiará. Necesito ayuda con mi compra: Me dicen que debido al mal uso del chat solamente puedo contactarme por correo. El teléfono no fue desbloqueado y quedaron de contactarse conmigo para el error, me ofrecieron una solución urgente o la devolución del dinero. Ya han pasado 3 semanas. Fui a Movistar y me dijeron que debía verlo con Uds porque a ellos les seguía apareciendo bloqueado, por favor ponerse en contacto y realizar devolución ya que no se ha cumplido con el servicio. Ya espere lo suficiente y he tenido mucha paciencia. Quiero la devolución porque no cumplieron con lo acordado.

Se logró desbloquear un Huawei P20 lite pero la verdad tomó más tiempo del que esperaba aunque al final se logró desbloquear de ATT. Se tardó una semana. Hay que aclarar que son dos pagos: uno para revisar que el teléfono sea elegible para desbloqueo y otro para solicitar el desbloqueo. Quizá no lo revisé al principio, pero sí hay que tomar en cuenta que el primer pago que te dicen que hagas es solamente para revisar el teléfono y no para desbloquearlo.
