Your order shows "Reported as Not Unlocked, waiting customer feedback" — that means we need your go-ahead to continue. If your iPhone requires a Premium Service to complete the unlock, note "Standard Services which fail and which are not upgraded to Premium Service will be issued with a credit note only" but "Premium Services which fail - both your Standard and Premium payments will be fully refunded back to your card if it is not possible to unlock your device having tried Premium Service."

“I was really hoping to have my phone unlocked by this company. I paid as requested then a day later was requested to need to pay more and the same day requested to pay more. End of the story I paid almost $350 BUT after 6 days customer service escalated my unlocking service and within 3 hours Tada phone is sim unlocked! So I love this company not just like. Customer service is great getting back to any questions you have. Just please read the fine print before considering anything.”
