Since I received my unlock code my device is not asking me for unlock code I try getting help from live support service from direct unlock through text messages but I could not get any way forward to my problems fixing with my device one plus G20 not asking me for unlock code, please I will help soon as possible thanks.

It took quite a while, which I blame on the provider that had the SIM ME lock enabled in the first place. They do provide a website to get the unlock codes free of charge, I applied, no reaction. Called the provider, talked to some tech guy, we call you back ... still waiting for them to call. Finally got the unlock code today from Direct Unlocks, after some days ago they messaged me that they can't provide the codes. So, twice as happy now. Got the unlock code, it worked flawlessly. Money well spent? Hard to say ... purchased the locked phone second hand for little money. But it was useless to me while locked. So, now at least it isn't.

After buying a reburbished phone which was supposed to be unlocked, but wasn't, and the lack of help from the selling platform, (backmarket). I decided to use this service. The service I recieved from Direct Unlocks was fantastic, and the process of unlocking was a lot faster than initially quoted.
