Hi — thanks for the update, that’s great to hear! Our records show your order status as "Unlock Complete" for the Samsung Z Flip6 and the unlock codes we sent were: NCK=65591631 MCK=41948774 RGCK=00000000 EXTRA=32620516. If you need a reminder of how to finish: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" — so insert the new carrier SIM and enter the NCK when prompted (use the MCK if the phone later asks). This company worked diligently to unlock my old iPhone 7 . It took them a few days to actually get it unlocked but the wait was well worth it. This phone has sat locked to AT&T for over a year . I never actually thought about using an unlock company to help me get it unlocked so I could sell it or use it with another cell company. I’m just ecstatic that the very first company I chose to help me unlock my phone was a legitimate company and NOT a company out there trying to scam people out of their hard earned money! Hi — Charlotte here. I can clear this up. - Your order (placed Nov 3, 2025) shows status: "Unlock Complete" and your unlock code is: 81273872. As our T&Cs say, for non‑iPhones you should be entering the unlocking codes provided: "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions." (Terms §8.1) - To proceed: insert a non‑Spectrum SIM into the Moto G Play 2023. If the phone prompts for an unlock code, enter 81273872. - If the phone does NOT prompt for an unlocking code, a Remote USB Unlock will be required. Our policy warns: "No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for an unlock code when using an incompatible sim card." (Refund Policy) Note T&C §7.6 also covers that Android phones which don't ask may be issued a credit note for use towards a Remote USB unlock. You’ve paid $28.99 (Eligibility Check) + $50 + $28.99 (two Standard Unlocks). Tell me whether the phone asks for the code when the Spectrum SIM is removed and I’ll advise the next step.

It was a clear , fast and efficient service it was my first time using the service and i have not doubt to use it everytime i need it in the future , im writing from the phone that was unlocked that was an iphone 17 pro max . Very good service dont think it too much and use it this its your best option

Pretty good service. I get shy talking to people over the phone so it was nice being able to do it all online. At first I was a little worried with the price and all but in the end it all worked out.

For your iPad: connect to Wi‑Fi, power it off and on, then insert a non‑Verizon SIM to confirm. If it still shows locked, check for Activation Lock or blacklist (note: eligibility checks are non‑refundable). Reply with a photo/screenshot of the lock message and your IMEI and I’ll escalate to our techs right away to get this sorted.
