You’ve paid $24.99 (Standard Unlock), $24.99 (Eligibility Check) and $68 (Standard Unlock). If the phone still won’t accept your SIM, tell me the exact message you see and I’ll help troubleshoot. Hi — Charlotte here, sorry you’re having this hassle. According to your order status: "Unlock Complete however we have not received funds due to transactional disputes. As a result, a balance of $304.00 is due by Wed 29th Apr 2026 otherwise the unlock will be removed and the device blacklisted. Always tell the client to initiate the payment via their Tracking page." Please go to your Tracking page on directunlocks.com and initiate the outstanding payment of $304.00 to finalise the unlock. After payment is confirmed, follow the iPhone steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that usually finishes the process. If you pay and it still won’t work, reply here and I’ll check the status and walk you through the next steps.

They are legit they have unlocked my iphone 15 pro max ! It was a process as far as waiting but got it done with no issues !

I phone couldn't be unlocked because it was not asking for pin. I had to wait. Once they were about to unlock my phone, they contacted me and let of know. The process was very quick with the remote technician. My phone was Samsung Galaxy A 36.

For non‑iPhones you should enter the code when prompted: "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If your phone doesn’t prompt for a code when a non‑Verizon SIM is inserted, then a Remote USB Unlock is required — note: "No Unlocking Code Prompt: No refund if you purchased an unlocking code, but your Android phone doesn't prompt for an unlock code..." I was very skeptical about going through this unlock procedure, especially after the system asked me to pay an additional $68.00 on top of the initial $24.00 that I had paid, but I decided to roll the dice. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a notification, with 12 hours of completing the transactions, stating that my phone had been unlocked. I immediately checked my phone to confirm that my SIM card was unlocked without any restrictions.
