“It honestly took ages. After four days my status read 99% complete, unlock imminent. Then it stayed at that for another 3 days. I reached out to costumer support and they escalated it and it was done about another day later. Honestly $100 is a wild price to have to wait a week for, especially when there are other options.
Also in case anyone’s wondering, after they unlock your phone they send an email saying they’ll give you $10 back if you leave a review, and then follow that up with “If you have a problem with your unlock, please don't leave us a bad review.” Not sure what the point of reviews is then.
