Hi — thanks so much for the kind words and for your patience. I’m sorry it took longer than expected but I’m glad the team could prioritise your case. Your order from 16 May 2026 is showing as "Unlock Complete" and we’ve received the two payments (£14.99 Eligibility Check and £42 Standard Unlock). To finish the iPhone unlock please follow the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" (Terms & Conditions 8.1). If it still isn’t unlocked or you see any error, reply with your order number and I’ll get it looked at right away. — Charlotte

Hi — I’m Charlotte. Sorry it took a month — I can see your order from Apr 3, 2026 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max (AT&T USA) is marked "Unlock Complete" and you paid $24.99 (Eligibility Check) + $54 (Standard Unlock). Please finish the iPhone unlock by connecting to WiFi and rebooting the phone — as our instructions state: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" Delivery times can vary and are estimates: "Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee." If it still shows locked or you need help completing the final step, reply here and I’ll get it sorted quickly. Thanks for your patience — Charlotte

After a few tense moments thinking it was a scam it all came together in the end. Received e.mail after 48 hours fitted SIM card and didn't even need to enter lock codes phone just sprang into life with all my info there. Yes it took some time but in the long run it was worth the wait.

Hi — thanks so much for the lovely feedback! Really glad your Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Open Europe) sprang to life and that the unlock is now complete. As our terms say, "Completion of the unlock process is made by email notification... Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided" — happy you didn’t even need to enter them. If you need those codes saved, or any help with another device, just shout. — Charlotte

Service gotten everything squared away with unlocking my phone. Only downside is that it took a week and a few days to complete it.

Hi — Charlotte here. Really glad we got everything squared away and your order shows "Unlock Complete." Sorry it took longer than you’d hoped — as our Terms state, "Any timeframes stated are a calculation... and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee" and "Delivery times are guidelines...These delivery times are variable" (T&C 1.1 & 6.2). If everything’s working now I’d appreciate you updating your review — and if you have any other issues (e.g., the phone doesn’t prompt for a code) let me know and I’ll help right away.

I actually thought this was a scam at first. I was going to contact the Attorney General so I could get a refund issued but I woke up the next morning and my phone was unlocked. I proceeded to connect with my current wireless supplier. Everything worked out great. the service was kinda long, but overall it was worth the wait so before using this service if you don’t have patience, that is something you will need to move forward with this process

Hi — Charlotte here. Thanks for the review. I can see your order (Eligibility $24.99 + Standard Unlock $68) shows status: "Unlock Complete." Per our terms: "Completion of the unlock process is made by email notification to the email address provided, simple instructions to complete the unlock procedure depending on what brand phone you have iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" Please connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi, power it off and on, and try a non‑T‑Mobile SIM (or check with the T‑Mobile SIM). Also check your email (and spam) for our unlock confirmation. If it still isn’t unlocked, reply and tell me exactly what you see and I’ll escalate it for you.

Easy and fast. The additional price took me by surprise even though it says it in smaller writing on the first page where you pay. It’s misleading when it says $55 total charge because you pay $25 for the first one and then about $55 for the second so around $80 total

Hi — thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry the extra cost felt surprising. I can see your order is marked “Unlock Complete” and you paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $54 for the Standard Unlock (about $79 total). The Eligibility Check is a separate, non‑refundable service — as our Refund Policy states: “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.” Our Terms also note: “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for.” I know that wording can be easy to miss on the checkout page and I’m sorry it caused frustration. Good news — with the status “Unlock Complete” your iPhone should be unlocked. To finish, please connect to Wi‑Fi, turn the phone off and back on, then try your new SIM (per our instructions: “iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;”). If anything isn’t working or you want me to double‑check the order details, reply here and I’ll help straight away. — Charlotte

It honestly took ages. After four days my status read 99% complete, unlock imminent. Then it stayed at that for another 3 days. I reached out to costumer support and they escalated it and it was done about another day later. Honestly $100 is a wild price to have to wait a week for, especially when there are other options. Also in case anyone’s wondering, after they unlock your phone they send an email saying they’ll give you $10 back if you leave a review, and then follow that up with “If you have a problem with your unlock, please don't leave us a bad review.” Not sure what the point of reviews is then. Glad it’s unlocked tho, customer service got the job done, so thanks Let’s see how long this review stays up lol

Hi — thanks for the honest feedback and sorry for the frustrating wait. I can see your order (placed 29 Dec 2025) is marked "Unlock Complete" for your AT&T USA iPhone 14 Plus, and that you paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $68 for the Standard Unlock. You’re right that delays can happen — as we state, “Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee.” Also, “These delivery times are variable and can decrease as well as increase without notice... if your unlock is in progress we will immediately notify you of any changes to delivery times and keep you informed right up to the point of unlocking.” I’ll pass your comments about the review messaging to the team — we appreciate honest reviews and your patience. If anything else isn’t working with the phone, please reply here and I’ll get it escalated. — Charlotte

Hi — Charlotte here. Thanks for the feedback about WhatsApp — I’m sorry we don’t offer WhatsApp support right now; I know that’s handy and I’ll pass that on. Your order (placed Jan 2, 2026) shows status: "Unlock Complete." Your Moto G Power unlock code is: 89043051. For non‑iPhones follow the usual steps: insert the new carrier SIM and enter the code when prompted. As our terms say, "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If your phone doesn’t prompt for a code or the code doesn’t work, reply here or contact us via directunlocks.com live chat/email and we’ll troubleshoot. Just a quick note: the Eligibility Check is non‑refundable ("Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.") — but we’ll do our best to get you up and running. Thanks — Charlotte

Hi — thanks for the feedback and I’m glad the service was fast. I’m sorry the pricing wasn’t clear up front — I can confirm you paid £14.99 for the Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock (total £44.99). Our terms do explain this: "Pre-orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." Also, "There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase." And our refund terms note that "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." Your order status is "Unlock Complete" — that means the unlock is done on our side. For iPhones, follow the unlock steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — so insert your new O2 SIM, connect to Wi‑Fi and restart the phone. If the new SIM doesn’t work when it arrives, reply here and I’ll help troubleshoot right away. — Charlotte

Hi — thanks for the honest feedback and I’m glad the biggest win is that your iPhone 16 Pro is now unlocked. I’m sorry it took so long and cost more than you expected — I know that’s frustrating. Your order (placed Nov 12, 2025) shows Unlock Complete, so to finish the iPhone unlock please “connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on;” (Terms 8.1). We do perform non-refundable Eligibility Checks and Premium/iPhone procedures to get these results, which is why there were multiple payments, but I appreciate your patience. If anything still isn’t working or you want a quick walkthrough, reply here and I’ll sort it out for you. — Charlotte

Not sure if the phone unlock happened or not, I am able to use another SIM CARD, However , Android phone are linked to a Google account, The process did not unlink/untie the original account, so this unlock does not make anysens - if I am not able to use my own google account in and ANDRIOD PHONE.. IF THERE IS A WAY TO UNLINK THE ANDRIOD DEVICE FROM EARLIER GOOGLE account and let me setup my own GOOGLE account , please let me know.

Hi — I'm Charlotte. Thanks for the details and sorry for the hassle. I can see your order is marked "Unlock Complete" and your unlock code is 6686723865338387, so the phone has been network-unlocked (you can use another SIM). As our terms explain, network unlocks do not remove Google account (Factory Reset Protection) locks — and we can't refund for devices with activation/account locks: "Existing Device Issues: No refunds for phones with issues like blacklisting, activation lock, or hardware malfunctions." If you still have the original Google/Samsung credentials, sign in on the phone and remove the account (or use Samsung Find My Mobile if you registered it), then factory reset so you can add your own Google account. If you do NOT have the original account details, we can escalate this to our technicians — you already purchased a Remote USB Unlock (these "are only relevant to Samsung, Motorola, LG and Huawei phones") so I can ask techs to check whether they can remove the account lock for your Galaxy S25. Tell me which option you want and I’ll move it forward.

Hi — great to hear your iPhone 14 Plus is unlocked! Thanks for choosing our service on Jul 4, 2023. If you need to complete the final step please follow the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that should finish it. If you’re happy with how it went, a quick update to your review or a referral would mean a lot. Any other issues, reply here and I’ll help. — Charlotte

Saludos, Charlotte
