“Everything was great regarding the product range,ordering and paying process the disaster was the delivery every piece of the 12 lvt flooring tiles was damaged luckily I had the foresight to order more than needed and managed to use what I could but you really need to look at your courier service very sub standard”

“Quick response and good delivery, I had a few Scratches in the some of the LVT boards that were quite deep, so I do think the quality check done by the manufacturer could of been better. the boards that were scratched came from middle of the box, I managed to use the unscratched parts of the board so not a lot of wastage - but a little disappointed, I did not call or speak to DCT so they were unaware of this issue but I am sure they would of helped but it would of been quite difficult to prove I did not scratch them.”

“Excellent product and buying experience. Sent for samples first which arrived promptly. Useful to be able to buy exact number of tiles rather than by the box. Obtained a discount code which made them an even better price. Bought spray adhesive along with the tiles and they fitted with no problem. Very pleased with finished result.”

“Was very impressed with the customer service, absolutely second to none. Even more with the next day delivery, arrived early in the morning after ordering and they certainly took care with the packaging all enveloped in quality insulation. Was initially impressed with the sample that was sent but now it's been laid it looks amazing in our e/suite ( see pic). And installation was so simple even I could do it.Would not hesitate to recommend DCTUK”

“We loved dealing with DCTUK, it was such a pleasure. They are efficient and friendly, and their website is a pleasure to use. “Ordered Nouveau Cosy Toes II - Storm for my bedroom, due to having unmoveable furniture I had to source something that I could work around - carpet tiles! After scouring websites and never finding what I wanted I came across DCTUK - and found a range that was just perfect for what I wanted. It was me a female that had to lay the tiles and boy they were really easy, never made a mistake so I have a couple spare just in case. Very very happy with the choice, ordering, price and smooth delivery. Excellent all round would high recommend DCTUK.”

“Everything was going well until there was an admin error either in order processing or delivery note stage, correct address wrong company name. I had sent the correct address on my order. My customer refused delivery as thought it wasn't for them. I then had to pay DCT a delivery charge for them to re deliver the order they had incorrectly labelled up. Not impressed with the service level, probably wont order again.”
