“Had a good range of product, delivery not as quick as I would have wished and delayed by a further day nearer the original given delivery date. Product arrived in good order and delivered in time window advised. Tried to use fitting service only to be told only available on 100 square meters plus, in other words commercial premises. Should make that clearer as filling in service request form and providing requested photos a complete waste of my time.”

“I ordered some Cosy Toes carpet tiles on line from DCTUK. I am delighted with the quality; they are nothing like how I remember carpet tiles to be and they are perfect for our 'dog leg' shaped hall where so much of a standard carpet would be wasted.”

“I have used DCTUK over the last two years for the supply of about 240 Huga 727 carpet tiles purchased in four lots as I was ready to lay them. My last delivery was this week and the areas I wanted done are now completed. During all the times I have contacted DCTUK I have always found them to be professional, friendly and very helpful. I found Ross the dispatch manager always very helpful in arranging and timing my deliveries. I can recommend DCTUK to any prospective purchaser as an excellent company that offers a large range of products at very competitive prices.”

“Thanks to Stephen, Ross and Vanessa our order went well until they were let down by Interface's carrier. Bakro were unable to give a time slot and then delivered a day early! By luck sorted out at our end. No reflection on Ross Smith who did his best but was working with poor info from supplier. David Parkin”
