“To use another firm's tag-line, the carpet tiles did exactly what it said on the tin! Good quality tiles, arrived efficiently and quickly and I benefitted from one of dtuk's regular sale event. They have transformed a dingy upstairs bedroom into a restful, light and pleasant room.”

“Your website appeared to offer the carpet tile I was looking for but when I requested details it was clear you did not have that tile. The sample did not arrive at the first time of asking. DCT prices seem higher than competitors.”

“I urgently needed just four carpet tiles in "storm blue" to finish a job I had already started. Buying these tiles from yourselves was a big mistake for me I was forced to accept what was a very high charge for 4 tiles, in order to obtain the fastest possible delivery, yet on arrival they were a day late, arrived in an unmarked box (no colour reference) and not a colour match to my earlier storm blue tiles. As I was out of time and unable to spend any more time on this job, I had to reluctantly fit mismatched tiles which look terrible. Never fall for that again. SW”

Hello, We're sorry that you weren't happy with our service, but we do think it is important to point out, for other customers reading your review, that you paid £14 delivery and we did deliver next working day as promised. (You ordered late Thursday evening, we processed the order Friday, and we delivered on Monday). We can't find a previous order for you, only for four tiles, so you may have ordered these from elsewhere and that is the reason why they do not match. We do ask customers to contact us if they have problems before leaving a negative review because we will always try and rectify the issue if we can. “I've yet to fit my carpet tiles as still decorating. They look very good and much thicker than one's I've bought in the past from another source. I can say the samples arrived the next day, and the tiles themselves arrived within 3days,bang on time with the delivery message I received. Very efficient service.”

“one of the clearest websites I have used. no one's perfect however and SOMETIMES I did find it difficult to identify if the product was a square, a plank, a carpet, a lino or another TYPE of non-carpet product.”
