“We received the carpet tiles from yourselves via DPD in a timely fashion. However, whilst everything was received in good condition we were most surprised that the package with the largest number of carpet tiles was received with the package end completely open. Fortunately everything was in good order but it clearly could not have been.”

“We placed an order for green tiles but when they were delivered, they were blue. We called DCTUK, they were apologetic and got our correct order delivered the next day. Mistakes happen, but they sorted it very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“Excellent service from ordering to delivery.Friendly ...efficient..helpful staff when I rang with a query about my order .Good idea to be able to get 4 samples delivered within two days of ordering online. Delivered earlier than estimated date .The tiles are extremely good quality and look fab.Would definitely recommend this company. First Class Service from start to finish.”

“I cannot understand why I was told that my order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days if this was not the case.on querying non delivery, I was informed that sometimes tiles have to be ordered in from Belgium and this can take 4 weeks or so.I was also told that someone had sent me an email notifying me of this update but I have not received such an email.”
