“I spent a very long time looking for appropriate carpet tiles for my customer. I received all information I needed instantly and accurate and fast delivery dates. The member of the team I dealt with is called Heather and was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I will use DCTUK for future projects based on my experience working with them. Excellent service! Ps. Even the delivery driver was cheerful and helpful, very rare in my experience.”

“Quick very helpful staff only one criticism they said 5 working days from Belgium it took a few more than that but they did inform me so it worked out fine. Lovely product and colour will buy more from this company in the future”

“Having visited several carpet shops looking for carpet tiles for a quick make over to our bathroom and having no luck we found the DCTUK web site whilst searching the internal. Obtained several samples which arrived very promptly and once we made our selection ordered on line. Order arrived very quickly and at an excellent price. Delivery was on time and delivery driver phoned prior to delivery. Web site very good informative with large selection for all situations.”

“Brilliant and couldn't be more helpful. Travelled from Devon to collect order. Got stuck on m6 so very late. Stayed open to allow us to collect. No problems at all. Excellent quality floor tiles as well. Oh and thanks for the chocolates for the trip back home.....”

“Shortly after placing order got email to say "sale now on" and could have saved 10% if I had waited. Told a delivery date. Said we could NOT do it. Were given another date. Then when we were out on the original date, got a call to say the delivery driver was on our drive. Not impressed.”

“tried to do this on-line but system would not let me enter name, company address and therefore unable to proceed, phoned through order placed in a matter of minutes on Friday Carpet tiles arrived Tuesday, no issues”

“Very easy ordering on-line. Delivery fast and efficient. Could not be bettered. I was so pleased with my 1st order for the Kitchen and Hall and Lounge, that I ordered further tiles for 2 bedrooms and Breakfast room. Very Very pleased. I ordered both Nouveau Concrete-Sand and Cloud”
