“The DCTUK website is straightforward to browse and to order free samples. I ordered 4, as allowed, one of which arrived very promptly from an external supplier, two others from DCTUK days later. One of these I doubt I actually ordered. The fourth sample never arrived. I suspect DCTUK really want people to choose only their in-house brands. Not sure I will buy from this company.”
