“Tiles were as expected- nice soft pile, and lovely colour. The spray adhesive was great- very easy to use and effective. Two small reasons for not giving an excellent review: There was so much fluff on both sides of the tiles! Had to vacuum each one several times before could lay them, which was quite time consuming... Also, one of the tiles had the direction arrow pointing the wrong way, so it stuck out from all the others s a different colour- rectified by pulling it up and sticking down a spare one, which looked fine. Otherwise great”

“Informative website, good selection, reasonable price and simple ordering. Have used you a few times now, and will be back again, however quality of tile on this order was not as I had hoped (or expected from previous orders) with an indent along one edge (presumably from part of the cutting/manufacturing process) and quite a few tiles did not have direction arrows on the back which slowed down installation. Fortunately we got over the issues and the site of the installation meant the finish was not so critical on this occasion, however this may not be the case next time so we will be checking more thoroughly at point of delivery.”
