“Thoroughly deserving of 5*. My order was being dispatched within half an hour of placing it. Having ordered on Friday, it was delivered Sunday! Very pleased with the quality of my carpet tiles, and they were straightforward to fit. Lots of info on the site to help you- and the guy in charge is hilarious. I particularly enjoyed the instructions on the back of the adhesive spray. I can recommend”

“Tiles were exactly as described on the web site. I ordered the tiles on the Sunday and they were delivered on the Tuesday. The only problem was the boxes had been mainly destroyed in transit the tiles however were in perfect condition.”

“Nour in Sales excellent. However I had to chase order as it did not arrive when I was told it would. 1 box of the two box order arrived, driver did not know if there was a 2nd box etc. Contacted DCT who finally found out that 2nd box containing glue had been damaged and disposed of by carrier. Surely the carrier should have informed DCT to inform them andallow DCT to contact me to sort out a new delivery, instead of me having to do the chasing?”

“I am so pleased with the sample service offered by DCUK it helped me realise that soft grey was a much lighter colour than sky blue. I was able to place my order with confidence, and the next day delivery service meant my husband could lay the tiles while he was still enthusiastic about doing the job. I am very pleased with my husband and DCUK!”
