“Process was simple to follow and item delivered on time. On line videos are really helpful and humorous. Explanations given are simple and clear and all the technical data explained in “non technical and non patronising “ language.”

“I trailed some carpets they weren’t for me, the thing that’s most put me off ever using you is the fact to this day you’re still calling me constantly trying to sell a product and constant emails... ita really bad customer service it’s as if you’re a company who enjoy pressure selling.”

Hi Dom, sorry to hear that you weren't happy with us calling you. We honestly don't pressure sell, we just call our customers who order samples to make sure the sample arrived and to see if we help at all. We'll make sure you don't get any more calls now we know you're not interested. Cheers Jon

“Very efficient. I ordered carpet tile samples on a Sunday, these arrived on Tuesday. We made a decision on Wednesday 4pm and the tiles were with us by lunchtime the following day - excellent service.”
