“Sample received with thanks. The actual time to recieve was a tad longer than expected but not a problem. I had to expedited my online request with a follow up email to make sure the sample request had actually been successful as there was no feedback from the website ordering process, or confirmation email that the actual request had been submitted and successful. Having an acknowledge would be an improvement.”

“My first contact with DCTUK was via the online chat. It was good to discover that Beth was a real - and very helpful - person and not a robot! Beth was quick to understand what I was looking for and suggested several different tiles. She then arranged for samples to be sent out, which arrived very promptly. When I made my final choice the carpet tiles arrived the next day. Thanks for a great service - I will definitely recommend you to others.”
