“We were unable to have our initial order of tiles because they were out of stock, however, Ross came back very quickly with alternative suggestions and the samples arrived earlier than anticipated. We then placed the order and the tiles arrived very swiftly and appear to be excellent quality - we haven't got around to laying them yet. The service we received from Ross was outstanding, he was very helpful and I would thoroughly recommend the company.”

“Hugely impressed with this company, exceptional customer service, from the first phone call, through ordering, delivery and even a courtesy email the day after delivery to check all was well. “I received the best customer service that I think I have ever experienced. I ordered the wrong colour tiles, and the team I spoke to jumped in and corrected it for me quickly.
