“Poor customer service received carpet on rainy day 3 boxes soaking wet dctuk claim no problem carpet being wet will dry I explained to them I didn’t pay for wet carpet they asked me to count how many tiles are wet so I give up on the end small minded company don’t know how to treat customers I will never buy from them again”

Samples were sent out instantly, and Vanessa has taken a personal interest in my requirements, which is delightful in these days of uncaring staff. The range of products is outstanding and I am confident of being able to find exactly what I need. My only problem is an unreasonable delay in getting access to my new property, which should have been ready in June and is now deferred to the end of August.
