“Good back up service from DCTUK. Yodel, the carriers, claimed that they had delivered the package when they had not. I informed DCTUK of the situation through Amazon who were quickly on the case and kept me informed of their investigation progress. The package was delivered the following day. Regards, Mike Moore”

“Very good service and competitive prices. Better information including the directional nature of some titles which can affect the quantity needed. The current instructions are not that clear for self lay and it is not obvious there are any as they can be hidden amongst the tiles.”

“Have used DCTUK before, but not for a while, and I'm happy to say that their super quick processing and delivery of my order was just as impressive as I remember. No problem laying the tiles over concrete base, using double-sided carpet tape to position the first tile in the centre of the room and working out from there. A few more pieces of tape to secure around the edges. Tiles can be scored on the reverse side with a sharp blade, snapped, and then cut with scissors along the fold. Job was completed in a few of hours.”
