“Easy to get a sample and make an order. The colour of the planks wasn't the same shade as the sample but fortunately acceptable. Planks are good quality and just what I needed.”

“From asking for samples to ordering and receiving the goods took just 3 days and tiles are now down and we could not be happier 10 out of 10 I will be buying some more to go in the kitchen .”

“The service hasn't been too bad but I had toring up to check on my order as it had been a while without hearing anything.when I got through the order hadn't been processed they said it was because it had been left in my basket a while and yet they'd already taken the money out and sent me an email saying thankyou for my order.so I'm still waiting it's due to be delivered on Friday”

“Unlike some of the competition when they said they had the product in stock ( Laybond ) they actually had the product . Others had taken my money and then tried to sell me an inferior product as their stock had runout . Product arrived within the window given”

“Had to wait an inordinate time to get the sample colours I requested - months!! - but when the correct samples arrived, I placed an order immediately and all is good!”

“They are great tiles and easy to lay. There were a few small flaws in several of the tiles, fortunately these were not used due to trimming them for different areas of the room. But a good service and they look as we wanted them too. We found that you should not leave the bonds on the packaging as they damage the four edges of the tiles.”
