“I am so pleased with my new floor! Everyone is amazed that it is carpet tiles that looks like wooded floor - perfect solution for what we wanted. Staff were super helpful, especially Heather who went above and beyond to help us. Will definitely recommend the company and the floor! Price was good and delivery. Everything was spot on!”

“Over the year we have bought carpet tiles from DCTUK and found their Customer Service First Class and their staff very helpful... We required tiles for our Sunhouse and again we found that they have changed since our last purchase... THEY ARE EVEN BETTER.... So if your looking for carpet tiles... Don't go miles.... DCTUK will look after you in Style....”

“DCTUK are easy to order with and their customer service is great. Ross sorted out my problem quickly. How ever the packaging which the Lavanto Endure pro come from is useless. This type of flooring is brittle and there is nowhere near enough protection on the corners. Out of 2 deliveries and 5 boxes, 3 boxes were damaged. But I would use DCTUK again”

“lovely tiles but they had been poorly handled on the journey to me , probably because they are heavy the outer boxes were damaged a lot fortunately the tiles were fine”

“Colour is good as is the soft pile on these. Easy to cut and lay. Only downside is that the joins are noticeable which we don't like to see.”

“As always, DCTUK were able to help me with my order, provide excellent pricing and supply multiple samples next day. When a slight change in our timeline meant I needed the tiles a day earlier than anticipated, Heather in the sales team and Kerry in Dispatches managed to rearrange with no fuss or bother.
